Join us for an AERIAL SHOWDOWN where you’ll get to experience both and discover your favorite.
Flat sides. Round curves. One combination caught in the middle.
In this workshop, you’ll learn a single combo and then throw it at two totally different apparatus: the cube and the sphere. Same choreography, wildly different vibes.
Spoiler: your body will have opinions about both.
This is your chance to feel how much the shape of an apparatus changes the feel of a move, even when the steps are identical.
You’ll play with grip, weight shifts, and transitions unique to each shape — building strength, adaptability, and a healthy respect for round objects that refuse to stay still.
Who it’s for: Aerialists with some lyra time under their belt, ready to get a little chaotic.
What you’ll walk away with : One combo, twi apparatuses, and bragging rights for whichever shape you conquer first.
