✨ A Quick PSA From Luxe Events ✨

As we continue receiving inquiries for event decorating, we wanted to share a little insight into what we do and don’t! While we are always happy to work alongside your vendors, our primary focus is creating and installing your decor when hired as your event decorator. We do not manage vendor communications, move venue tables and chairs, create event timelines, or oversee day-of logistics.

🎈 What We Do as Event Decorators
• Design and create a custom look based on your theme, vision, and inspiration
• Provide mockups
• Source decor elements we don’t do in house
• Set up and install your event décor
• Create a cohesive, elevated look that brings your event to life

For clients who want a stress-free experience and truly want to sit back, relax, and enjoy their event, we highly recommend hiring an Event Coordinator and/or a Day-Of Coordinator. They help bring all the moving pieces together so we can focus on making everything beautiful. ✨
