Reese Ranch Rodeo

10/06/2026

That’s a wrap on the 2026 season of Reese Ranch Rodeo! And what a season it was!

From our regular season rodeos to our first ever Finals at the LECOM Event Center and our Rodeo After Dark Halloween finale, this season gave us plenty of memories we won’t soon forget.

To our contestants, thank you for showing up, putting on a heck of a show, and sticking it out through the hot, the cold, the wet, and sometimes downright hectic nights. We are so proud of every one of you and everything you accomplished this season. You guys are what make this rodeo what it is!

To our amazing staff and everyone who helped behind the scenes, THANK YOU. From setting up and tearing down to keeping everything moving during the rodeo, you all worked your tails off. The last few weeks especially were cold and wet, and you never stopped showing up. We truly could not do this without you, and we appreciate you more than you know.

And to our spectators and fans, thank you for bringing the energy every single time. You cheered, you laughed, you braved the weather, and you made every rodeo that much more fun. We’re so grateful for every person who came through the gates this season.

We’ve got everything packed up for the season, and while we’re a little sad to see it end, we’re already looking forward to what’s next.

Thank you for an incredible 2026 season. We are truly blessed to have the people we do behind Reese Ranch Rodeo.

Until next season!

Ladies… you heard him talk the talk. Now it’s time to see if he can ride the ride. 😂

The Boyfriend Barrel Race is happening October 3rd at 5:30 PM, and we’re looking for all the brave men willing to take on the challenge!

Your boyfriend, husband, dad, or ANY man brave enough to enter is welcome but there’s one very important rule:

🚨 HE MUST RIDE THE HORSE YOU ENTER ON. 🚨

No pulling your “boyfriend-safe” horse out of the pasture. No finding the easiest horse in the barn. No secret weapon. 😂

The challenge is simple: he has to ride YOUR fire-breathing dragon, the one YOU actually run.

Think he can handle your horse better than you? Time to put that theory to the test.

💰 $25 entry fee
⏰ Entries must be in by 5:00 PM on October 3rd. In person or online.
🏁 Race starts at 5:30 PM
📩 Message Kristal Davis to pre-enter online.

Ladies, tag the man who has been talking all that smack. It’s time to see what he’s really got. 😂

And ladies, don’t forget… your man still has a date with the barrels! 😂

Boyfriend Barrel Race starts at 5:30 PM - entries must be in by 5:00 PM.

Then at 7:00 PM, we kick off our Halloween-themed Rodeo After Dark!

Get those costumes ready and come help us close out the Reese Ranch Rodeo season with one wild night! 🎃

What a night. What a season. What a rodeo family.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU.

Saturday night, we made a little history in Elmira, NY, transforming a hockey rink into a rodeo arena for the Reese Ranch Rodeo Finals. It was a huge undertaking, and we could not have done it without an incredible team behind us.

A huge thank you to the LECOM Event Center for inviting us in and helping make this night possible. Thank you to Broken B for the arena, stock rental and all of your help, and to Sanderson Ranch for providing the steers and calves.

And to our crew, you guys absolutely nailed it. From bringing 70+ animals into the city to getting every detail of the rodeo pulled together, there was an incredible amount of work that happened behind the scenes to make this night happen.

To our competitors, THANK YOU. You brought your best all season long, and Finals was no different. The talent, determination and energy you brought into that arena made for one incredible show.

To our family and friends who showed up, helped out, worked behind the scenes and supported us every step of the way, we are so grateful for you.

And finally, to the fans who filled the stands and came out to support Reese Ranch Rodeo, THANK YOU! You brought the energy and made Finals a night we will never forget.

We truly have the most amazing rodeo family, and we feel incredibly blessed to have so many people who believe in what we are building.

Most importantly, we are thankful that everyone: competitors, crew, fans and stock made it home safely.

From all of us at Reese Ranch Rodeo, thank you for an incredible season and an unforgettable Finals. We couldn’t do this without you.

We will see you Saturday back at the ranch for the final rodeo of the season!
