A Heartfelt Thank You!
Our heartfelt thanks to the Town of Mooresville, Christine Patterson, her staff, and Commissioner Gary West, who introduced the Lake Norman Philharmonic, for helping create a magical evening at Symphony Under the Stars at Liberty Park. We are also deeply grateful to the NC-162 Civil Air Patrol (Iredell Composite Squadron) for the Presentation of the Colors—an inspiring way to begin our celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
Words cannot fully express our gratitude to everyone who helped make this event—and the Lake Norman Philharmonic’s performance under the direction of Maestro Eduardo Cedeño—such a tremendous success. It is an honor to be part of a community of musicians who generously volunteer their time and share their extraordinary talents.
A special thank you to our beautiful, award-winning soprano, Lydia Grace Goldie; our ever-dependable narrator and emcee, Tony Arndt; and the talented Langtree Charter Academy Choir, led by Chatana Krebs and featuring soloist Clara Krebs. We are equally proud of our own Dave Ellis and Charity Olds for their sophisticated and graceful conducting, and of our Concertmaster, Jacob Campbell, for skillfully keeping the orchestra on track.
With a wonderful crowd, perfect weather, incredible music, and a spectacular drone show, the evening truly had it all.
Thank you to everyone who made this celebration unforgettable. Our community is truly something special!
