The Franklin Courtyard specializes in beautiful indoor and outdoor events. The 100 year old historic warehouse has been beautifully renovated and includes our gorgeous outdoor courtyard. d piano. Tables and chairs are included with the building, as well as dressing rooms, prep kitchen, bar area and huge ice machine. The outdoor courtyard features overhead string lighting and a covered area in the back! The Franklin can seat up to 300 guests indoors and an additional 200 guests in the Courtyard.
