Look up, look up, look up! Look up at all the good that is coming out of this strange and odd situation. I’m finding a lot of positives, a lot of growth and a lot of compassion for things that I have not seen in a long time or never noticed before. I’m happy for the new things that are coming out of this. I know that this time is so hard for so many. I’m not saying that things are perfect right now, it’s still hard but I’m just reaching out and hoping that some of you are also able to look up every once in a while and find something positive.

Really taking in these quiet moments. Learning to be with my self. Letting my thoughts wonder and becoming ok with where they take me. Finding out it’s ok to move slowly and it’s ok to be still. I’m finding so much comfort in simplicity.
