🍍Audition requirements and signup for The SpongeBob Musical coming September 1!🍍

The SpongeBob Musical - Youth Edition
For Grades 6-10
Performance Dates: November 13-15, 2026
Performance Location: The James Theater
Auditions: September 16-17, with callbacks as needed September 18
Audition Location: Iowa Conservatory (123 N. Linn Street)

Finding Nemo KIDS
For Grades 2-5
Performance Dates: April 9-11, 2027
Performance Location: The James Theater
Auditions: January 2027

There is a $275 education/production fee for each student actor ($250 for current Nolte Academy students). We prioritize access to all students who are interested in the arts. If the production fee prevents you from auditioning, please reach out to [email protected].

Iowa City Youth Choir (ICYC) auditions are coming up! ICYC is an educational choral program open to 3rd-8th grade students of all genders with treble/unchanged voices. Choirs perform repertoire from a wide variety of vocal styles and traditions. Drop-in auditions are August 31 (5-7 pm) and September 1 (4:30-6:30 pm) at Nolte Academy.
