Rehearsals have begun for our Schubertiade this week and these are two programs not to be missed! Join us Thursday AND Friday! Beethoven, Brahms, Mahler and Ewazen sung by Chaz'men Williams-Ali and Kaitlin Galetti on Thursday and then on Friday evening, Heather Youngquist performing "A Woman's Life and Love" featuring Schumann, Bernstein, Copland, Britten, Sondheim and others. Tickets available at the door of the beautiful Masonic Building, 320. E. College St, Iowa City. Don't miss out hearing these masterworks!

It's here! Tonight is the premiere of The Marriage of Figaro. A 7:30 downbeat that you will entertain you, make you laugh, astound you and experience Figaro like never before! Joachim Rathke has created an amazing production that untangles the plot in new ways. The cast and orchestra are tremendous, so get those tickets for tonight or come see us Sunday at 2 PM.

The most important announcement from our Figaro production is that German stage director Joachim Rathke has replaced the ill Georges Delnon and flew in from Germany to stage our production. His boundless energy and talent has been the perfect fit to out cast and we are excited that he is here! Welcome Joachim!

The Marriage of Figaro cast is presenting a one hour preview tomorrow, 2 PM in the lobby of the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts. Come meet this fantastic ensemble and listen to some selections from the show. It's all about the plot and we will explain all the twists and turns!
