A singer recently said that when they are asked to sing at church(free), when they get up to sing if the system is giving "feed back" or the balance is way off during the song, if the system issues are not fixed by the end of the first song, they have made a pledge to themselves not to sing more songs at that event/service even if they were scheduled to sing more songs. What do you think?

So you’ve taken over as the new MD, Worship leader, or other important role in the music ministry department, however, those with allegiance to the previous person in your new position resents you without even knowing you. After each service you decide this it, I wont take the abuse anymore.

Have you ever noticed that it is difficult to perform a task at your best if you are not Adagio – “being at ease”? Being expressive (Ad Libitum- At pleasure. At will) requires a certain comfort level(adagio) that comes from practice.
