This 3 hour, hands-on Sacred Child Education Class is led by Brandy, a doula of 8 years, mother of three, and current assistant to a midwife with a home birth midwifery practice in Palm Beach County.

Alongside her work in birth, she is also a placenta encapsulation specialist, lactation counselor, birth photographer, and provider of birth tub rentals for both home and hospital births. Her passion is supporting families through every layer of the childbearing journey.

In this hands-on, heart-centered class, we will explore:

✨ Closing the Pregnancy Journey – honoring the sacred final weeks, tuning into your body’s wisdom, and preparing mind, body, and spirit for birth.
✨ The Dance of Labor – recognizing labor’s beginning and moving through each stage with presence, breath, and hands-on practice of grounding positions and comfort rituals.
✨ Birth Pathways – holding space for the many ways babies arrive, while exploring how to remain centered and empowered through every experience.
✨ The Fourth Trimester – gentle guidance on postpartum healing, self-care, and sacred bonding with your newborn.

This class is both practical and soulful, weaving evidence-based knowledge with spiritual wisdom. Families leave feeling empowered, connected, and ready to embrace birth as the sacred rite of passage that it is.

Each ticket includes class participation for mama-to-be.

Additional cost is available for open play with play facilitation for children 0-14 years.

Come join us for a fabulous MaMalates (Pilates) hour for mamas with their little ones! Kiddos get an hour of open play with play facilitation (included in price).

Kim is a certified Pilates instructor and a mama herself. She loves creating space for women to move, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies after birth. Her MaMalates classes are all about building strength, supporting recovery, and making fitness feel doable with your little one right by your side.
