Knitting for the Joy of It.

There is nothing better than the feeling of accomplishment. As veteran with PTSD, I have been through every kind of therapy and counseling you can imagine. When I decided to persue the art of Knitting and Crocheting more seriously, I found myself much more relaxed and happier than I had been in a long time. Not only that but I also ended up with some beautiful handmade projects! It was a win, win situation! I want to share that with others. If you are an absolute beginner or can purl and knit, you are welcome.
