Marsena. 22x28 oil on panel. I've completed the underpainting for this piece. I'm now beginning to scrum and glaze the finishing layers. SAVE THE DATE! The Nygaard family, my largest private collectors, have affected and shaped my career like no other. My heart is broken due to the recent passing of Kurt Nygaard, my friend and many time savior.

Here is a shot of Girl by the Window II, hung for many wonderful years, above many wonderful dinners at the original Downtown 140.

I always say that I fell in love with giving art before I fell in love with creating it. In that spirit, and as a thank you for your support, I will be giving away two of my rare, signed and numbered, limited edition lithographs next Sunday at noon EST.
