Get ready for one wild night at Coos Bay Speedway!

The crashing, smashing action of the DEMO DERBY returns this Saturday night, September 5th! We’re looking forward to seeing who shows up ready to bend some metal, make some big hits, and battle it out until the very end.

But that’s only part of the night! We’ll also be racing on the NASCAR Dirt Oval before we light up the Oregon Coast sky one more time with one of the coolest FIREWORKS SHOWS around!

Racing. Demo Derby. Fireworks. One big Saturday night to close out summer at Coos Bay Speedway!

Summer is coming to an end, but we’re not letting it go quietly at Coos Bay Speedway!

Join us Saturday night, September 5, for one more BIG night of action as we close out the summer with racing on the NASCAR Dirt Oval, the Demo Derby, and the return of the Oregon Coast’s Best Fireworks Show!

We’re hoping to see a great field of cars come out and battle in this year’s Demo Derby. Last season’s turnout was a little lighter than we would have liked, so if you’ve got a derby car sitting around, now is the time to get it ready! We want to see the infield packed with cars smashing, crashing, and fighting to be the last one running.

But no matter how many derby cars show up, we can promise you one thing — the fireworks are going to SHOW UP!

You asked for it, and we’re bringing back the Oregon Coast’s Best Fireworks Show one more time in 2026. If you were here for our summer fireworks show, you already know what Coos Bay Speedway can do. If you missed it, this is your chance to see one of the coolest fireworks displays around!
