The City of Conyers is proud to present the Annual Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival each Spring during the blooming of the cherry trees. The Cherry Blossom Festival originated as a way to encourage cultural understanding and friendship through international music, dance, games, food and crafts. Let’s start the weekend with a behind-the-scenes look at some of our hardest-working musical entertainers from the 2026 Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival! 🌸🎶

These young artists opened the festival with a special song about Sakura, and you can truly see their inspiration and dedication in the moments leading up to their performance in this video.

🌸🏆 BIG NEWS for the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival! 🏆🌸

Our festival has earned three 2026 Kaleidoscope Awards from the Southeast Festivals and Events Association (SFEA)!

Out of 187 entries across the Southeast, the festival received:
🥇 Gold – Best Festival/Event in our Budget Category
🥉 Bronze – Best Children’s Event
🥉 Bronze – Best Event Program

Rainbowsy the Clown looks a little different without the costume and makeup, doesn’t she? 👀🎈

If you joined us at the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival presented by Robins Financial Credit Union, then you probably met Samantha Langley, the children’s author behind Rainbowsy’s First Performance: A Rainbowsy Clown Story. She brought so much joy to the weekend—twisting balloon animals, sharing magical storytime moments, and signing books for excited young readers.

But guess what… the fun isn’t over yet! 🎉

Samantha is giving away TWO prize book packages, each including:

A huge thank you to Shatterproof Media LLC for bringing an unforgettable interactive experience to this year’s Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival!

With their incredible green screen setup, festival-goers were transported across the globe—🌏
✨ Standing in front of the breathtaking Mount Fuji
🔥 Running with Olympic torches
🌸 And strolling beneath dreamy cherry blossom trees in full bloom

It was pure magic watching everyone step into these scenes and become part of the adventure!

🌸 What a weekend! The 2026 Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival was a blooming success, with over 20,000 attendees enjoying two days of music, food, art, and family fun. From the colorful booths and delicious bites to the Running of the Torches kids fun run celebrating 30 years of Olympic legacy, the festival was full of joy, community, and unforgettable memories.

A huge thank you to all our vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners—you made this event possible! We can’t wait to see you next year on March 20–21, 2027. 🌸✨
