Join us in congratulating on a successful Lil’ Sprouts Storytime debut by planting a kind word or two in the comments. We absolutely adored today's plant make and take after the pop-up storytime. The White Butterfly Plant was a stunning surprise.

They say, if you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need. However, that adage is not necessarily true. To introduce early learners to the healing benefits of plants and books requires readers like you. Librarian Lisa Love set to plant a garden of stories during the Pop-Up Storytime at Pink Pothos located in Pittsburgh Yards off the Beltline.

The Plantbrary has partnered with local librarian Lisa Lee-Lee Love to plant seeds of literacy and encourage families to enjoy fresh air and greenspace during Park and Recreation Month. The Pop-Up Storytime at Pink Pothos® ATL Plant Shop | Lakeisha Jones includes a storytime concert on the lawn with librarian Lisa Love and a guided plant activity with Pink Pothos, an Atlanta-based houseplant retail store.

The July 18, 2026, storytime concert begins at 11:00 AM. The Saturday morning storytime event is sold out, however, Scribes & Vibes ™ is encouraging plant lovers and friends to purchase a new plant pet for the lil’ sprouts in your life. Plantbrary Spring Festival to include the Storybook Garden

The Plantbrary has partnered with children’s book author Reesa Shayne to plant a garden of stories in walking trails and green spaces. Join us for the Storybook Garden, where stories bloom and imaginations grow. Enjoy fresh air and green space via a stroll through the Storybook Garden, then ask a librarian about the Nature Pass.

The April 19, 2025, story stroll begins at 11:30 AM. The pop-up storytime is co-sponsored by Scribes & Vibes. It is free and open to the public and patrons are encouraged to reserve a ticket through Eventbrite.
