The Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo returns to Conway
April 30 – May 1, 2027.

Throughout the year we’ll be sharing more of the incredible photos and videos from this year’s event, while also spotlighting the amazing sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and businesses that helped make this rodeo such a success.

Please take a look at this. We’re so glad to have met this wonderful husband and wife powerhouse. Now they’re showing their own food truck community that it’s exactly that… a community. They aren’t keeping this new infrastructure to themselves and gaining an edge over their competitors. They’re helping to guide and grow a support system so everyone can benefit. Great job The Clever Cleaver!

Barrel racing isn’t just speed — it’s precision, trust, timing, and an incredible connection between horse and rider.

The way these horses drive into the turns, explode out of the barrels, and stay completely locked in with their rider is something you have to see in person to truly appreciate.

These ladies are athletes in every sense of the word, and watching them compete was one of the highlights of the Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo.

Absolutely incredible horsemanship.

We’re still going through thousands of photos from the Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo, but while sorting through them… we came across this gem.

And honestly, it captures exactly why we wanted to bring the rodeo to Conway.

Families spending time together.
Kids outside in the dirt.
Fresh air.
Laughter.
Imagination.

No tablets.
No cell phones.
Just a little bull rider living his best life.

In a world that moves way too fast sometimes, this felt like a reminder of the way things used to be — and maybe still should be.

This is what the Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo was really about.

To the parents of this little Cowboy. Thank you. Thank you for bringing a smile to our hearts.

What a weekend.

We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported the Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo.

The amount of support from this community was far beyond anything we could have imagined. From the fans, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, contestants, stock contractors, staff, and everyone who helped spread the word — thank you for believing in what we’re building here in Conway.

Seeing those stands full, families making memories, kids enjoying the Kids Corral, and hearing the crowd all weekend long made every late night and every stressful moment worth it.

Please give us a few days to catch our breath, clean up, and process everything. We’ll be posting more photos, videos, drone shots, sponsor highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments from the weekend soon.

We’re grateful beyond words.

Final rodeo night is HERE.

And despite all the rumors… tonight’s forecast is looking good. As you can see in the photo, no rain is expected during rodeo hours. Remember — the Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo is a rain or shine event.

Tonight’s theme is PINK NIGHT — so wear your pink as we help raise awareness and support the fight against breast cancer. A portion of ticket sales benefits the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

A few important updates for tonight:

• VIP is officially SOLD OUT
• General Admission tickets are still available at: https://ccpr.simpletix.com
• Golf carts will be running from the parking areas to the event grounds, with donation jars benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation
• Gates open at 4:30 PM and the rodeo starts at 8 PM with live music from the lovely Naomi Jewel Marchant from 6:30-7:30.

We also want to ask everyone for a small favor tonight. Last night there were still many open seats inside the arena, but some guests standing near the entrances thought seating was full. If you see people looking for seats, please help us out by scooting down and making room where possible so everyone can enjoy the show.

Also, while we are actively running the rodeo, it becomes nearly impossible to answer messages, calls, and comments in real time. Most questions can be answered on the event page or in our previous Facebook posts, including parking, ticketing, schedule, and policies.

We truly appreciate the support from this community and can’t wait for one more great night in Conway.

🇺🇸 Freedom Friday is almost here at the Coastal Cowboy Pro Rodeo! 🇺🇸

Show your American pride and wear your red, white, and blue as we kick off an unforgettable Friday night in Conway, South Carolina.

Gates open at 4:30 PM, so come early and enjoy everything the rodeo has to offer before the action starts:
• Amazing food trucks and vendors
• Free petting zoo
• Free pony rides
• Bounce houses and fun for the kids

And surprise! We’ll also have pre-rodeo entertainment by the talented Naomi Jewel Marchant performing in the vendor area from around 6:30–7:30 PM before the rodeo begins.

Grab your boots, bring the family, and let’s celebrate freedom, rodeo, and a great night together on the Carolina coast.

Public service announcement: it should be obvious but DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM ANYONE SAYING THEY CAN’T GO OR THEY HAVE EXTRA. It’s a scam. Those tickets will not work at the gate and you’ll have to purchase real tickets to gain entry to the Rodeo. Please see the example of the MANY messages we are trying to keep up with and delete. We won’t be able to respond to calls or emails tomorrow as it’s a full on mad rush to get everything finalized and ready to open the gates at 4:30.
