A Gathering of Legends
I've spent a lot of years playing music, but some of the people who taught me to love this music are still right here in Arkansas.
On Sunday, August 30, I'm bringing some of those people together for a very special afternoon at The Max Event Venue in Conway.
I'll be joined by:
🎻 Bill Nesbitt — longtime Arkansas bluegrass musician, teacher and one of the earliest musical influences in my life.
🎻 Skip Wooten — legendary Wooten Brothers Bluegrass Band musician and one of the first Arkansas fiddlers I remember hearing that made me stop and listen.
🎶 Kristian Miller — powerhouse vocalist, bassist and songwriter, and a longtime musical friend.
🎻 Tim Trawick — my dad, lifelong Arkansas fiddler and teacher, and the 2026 Arkansas Living Treasure.
We'll be playing old-time music, bluegrass, country swing, original songs and some good old Arkansas pickin', along with telling a few stories along the way.
For me, this show is more than a concert.
It's a homecoming.
