🎨 CALLING ALL LOCAL ARTISTS & CREATIVES! 🎨

This year, we want to thank our amazing Festival of the Hills volunteers with a special t-shirt—and we need YOUR creativity to design it! 🖌️✨

We’re holding a T-shirt Design Contest, and the winning design will be featured on every volunteer shirt this October!

📋 The Design Guidelines:

Must relate to Conway and the Festival of the Hills
Clear and legible for screen printing
Maximum of 4 colors
Open to front, back, or combined front/back designs

💡 Not a professional artist? No problem!
If you have a great idea, send us a rough sketch or concept! If selected, our Merchandise Coordinators will help polish and prepare your vision for printing.

🗓️ Deadline: Submit your artwork or sketches to [email protected] by August 10th.

The winning design will be chosen by the Festival Committee. We can't wait to see what you come up with! 🍂

🍳 Get your skillets ready, sharpen your axes, and lace up those running shoes—planning for this year’s Festival of the Hills is officially underway! 🍳🪓👟

Behind the scenes, our board and coordinators are already gearing up for October. But to make the magic happen, we need your help! We are looking for volunteers to step into two critical roles:

🎪 Rentals Coordinator: Handles booking essential festival equipment (tents, chairs, portable restrooms) over the summer months.
🅿️ Parking Coordinator(s): Helps organize and oversee parking operations in the South River Meadow during festival weekend. (Ideally, we’d love two people to co-chair this and split shifts!)

Here’s the bottom line: These positions are vital. Without volunteers stepping into these roles, the Festival simply cannot happen.

Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet neighbors, support a cherished local tradition, and get involved in the community.
