It’s time for Meet the Cast! Today we feature the director, Tamara Salisbury.

What do you like about your character/this show/theatre in general?
- This show has several ridiculous one-liners that make me chuckle no matter how many times I hear them.
If you wrote a book, it would be about…
- Someone new moves to a small town and charms everyone. Everyone, that is, except one woman and her husband. They smell a rat and are determined to expose the ulterior motives that they are so convinced are there... which is a nice distraction from their failing marriage.
Who is your favorite fictional detective?
- Shawn and Gus from “Psych” or Gibbs from “NCIS”

What do you like about your character/this show/theatre in general?
- I love working with this group of people. This group fuels collaborative creativity. We always have so much fun!
If you wrote a book, it would be about…
- If I wrote a book, it would be a fictional novel about a mom of four teenagers who lives in the Midwest and has completely lost her marbles. Completely fictional, of course!
Who is your favorite fictional detective?
- Encyclopedia Brown and Nancy Drew and Morgan Gillory just to name a few.

What do you like about your character/this show/theatre in general?
- I like my character because she keeps her cool and objectivity in the face of total chaos - it’s a goal for me.
If you wrote a book, it would be about…
- If I wrote a book, it would be about traveling to cool and unusual places. I’m willing to do the research.
Who is your favorite fictional detective?
- My favorite detectives are Shaggy and Scooby. They eat all the time, wear ridiculous costumes, and always get help from their friends.

- I like this play because I’ve always wanted to be invited to a Murder Party just like this one (minus the actual murder).

- Luke is essentially a more organized me… in other words, he’s me but better.
If you wrote a book, it would be about…
- It would be a book about a magical kid transported into the normal world and has to learn how to mind his magic.

- My favorite fictional detective is Detective Pikachu.

It’s time for Meet the Cast! Today’s featured performer is Annette Ankrom as Angela Van Hayes.

What do you like about your character/this show/theatre in general?
- I like how my character has so much depth to her. She has a calm appearance, witty and sharp around her peers. Underneath the surface, though, she’s just a lovesick woman hoping to be noticed by the man she fell for. Her resilience through heartbreak is inspiring in a way.
If you wrote a book, it would be about…
- If I were to write a book, it would be about living in an apocalyptic world and tyring to find a new way of life.
Who is your favorite fictional detective?
- My favorite fictional detective would have to be Basil of Baker Street (from “The Great Mouse Detective”) due to his bold and snarky attitude about everything.
