Just a friendly reminder during these warmer months…
We can NOT & will NOT tattoo over a sunburn.

Why? Sunburnt skin is already damaged & compromised. It is not a good idea to create another open wound on the affected area due to the risk of infection. Not to mention, it would hurt much more for you, and your ink has a very high chance of healing funky. All around not a good idea for anyone involved.

If you notice your skin seems to be burnt before your appointment, please let your artist know so they can reschedule you. If you show up with sunburnt skin, we WILL have to turn you down and reschedule.

If you expect to be in the sun before your tattoo appointment, put on sunscreen or keep the area covered in clothing / under shade!
