Good afternoon! Just wanted to pop in to make a few announcements…

1) The pictures from the pageant should be on Facebook soon. We appreciate the help from our wonderful locals who took the time to take our pictures this year. 🫶🏻

2) The winner of the Community Choice Award is our Miss Laurel Vogel! She brought in the most money throughout the voting boxes that were distributed in Confluence and in Addison, as well as the box at the festival! She will receive a portion of the total collected earnings! Congratulations Laurel! We’re very proud of you and our Pumpkinfest girlies! 🎃♥️

ATTENTION CONFLUENCE AND ADDISON COMMUNITIES 📣📣📣

The Pumpkinfest boxes are now at the following locations in Confluence: Mitch’s, the Dollar Store, and the Fish and Game Club. One will be put at Somerset Trust in the lobby on MONDAY during normal business hours! Also, there is a box in Addison at the Blue Goose. 💙🪿The boxes will stay out until midway through the festival. Depending on business hours throughout the festival, we will collect them as we can. The box located in Somerset Trust will be moved to the actual festival (on Friday October 2nd) so that tourists can vote as they meet the girls.

The girl with the highest amount of money donated in their name will win the Community Choice Award and be given a percentage of all donations as a prize. Donations go towards Pumpkinfest, the Queens Contest, and the Confluence Volunteer Fire Department.

And last, but certainly not least… Introducing ✨ Contestant #3 - Ellie King!

Hi everyone! My name is Ellie King, and I’m so excited and honored to be a contestant in this year’s Pumpkinfest Pageant! I’m a fun, outgoing person who loves being around the people I care about and getting involved in my community. I always try to be confident in who I am, make the most out of every opportunity, and encourage the people around me to do the same. Being part of this pageant is such an exciting experience for me because it gives me the chance to step outside of my comfort zone, meet new people, and create memories that I’ll always look back on. I’m excited to show my personality, represent my community with pride, and enjoy every part of Pumpkinfest. I’m ready to have fun, make some memories, and give it my all! 🧡
