Our Story

Statement Of Sound DJ Service was started by Cole and Kayla Wegleitner. The Wegleitners have been a musical family for many years, starting with Cole's grandfather who played Guitar and Banjo. His father plays a wide range of instruments as does his brother. Coles grandfather and father played in a band together since his father was 16 years old. Now his father and brother as well as some cousins of ours continue that legacy, playing events in the rural areas of Alberta and Saskatchewan in Canada. The band is known as Johnny Fulda and the Roughriders. Cole has been singing since he was 14. He plays the Harmonica and is currently learning to play the guitar and banjo. Music has been a major influence in his life and Kayla has always been supportive of his ambitions.
