51 Walden is pleased to host My Dearest Friend, which will be performed by Time Travel Theatrical. Written by Peter Manos and produced by special arrangement with the Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois, this event is free and open to the entire community. The play is both a civics lesson and love story based on the witty, rich, and passionate correspondence between Abigail and John Adams. Join us in celebrating our country’s 250th anniversary by attending this ode to two of America’s key architects. Free admission.

Join our friends at Opera UnTapped and Circus 617 this summer!

Inspired by the vivid colors of the natural world, Arias Aloft: Chromatic is our most vibrant collaboration yet.

This one-of-a-kind production blends vocal acrobatics with physical virtuosity, featuring many of the area’s leading circus artists and classical singers. Expect opera, musical theater, and cabaret favorites paired with original, awe-inspiring circus acts.

Inspired by the unique natural surroundings of the Trustees of Reservation, Arias Aloft: Chromatic is shaped by the colors of the natural world—drawing audiences into a living landscape of music and movement, and capturing the beauty of a New England summer. And to make the experience even sweeter, we’ll have ice cream for sale from local favorite, Colleen’s of Medford!
