Friendly Reminder: Our Deposit Policy 🖤
We love bringing your ideas to life, but drawing pieces and holding spot availability takes time before you even sit in the chair! Here is a quick refresher on how our deposit policy works:
✨ What the deposit covers: Your deposit secures your appointment slot AND pays the artist for the hours spent custom-drawing your artwork and preparing stencils before your session.
✨ Rescheduling: Deposits can be transferred one time with at least [24/48] hours' notice.
✨ Cancellations & Late Reschedules: A second cancellation or late notice forfeits your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
✨ Refunds: All deposits are strictly non-refundable to ensure our artist is protected and paid for his studio work.
