NOW HIRING: SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Fox Country Quilts | Commerce, Texas

Fox Country Quilts is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team.

This is not simply a repair position.
This role supports a growing creative education company specializing in:
* sewing machines
* embroidery machines
* longarm quilting systems
* quilting education and retreats
* customer support and machine setup

We are seeking someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical systems, and helping customers feel confident with their machines.

Responsibilities may include:
-> Sewing machine and longarm machine maintenance
-> Troubleshooting and repair support
-> Machine setup and testing
-> Assisting with machine deliveries and installations
-> Customer education and support
-> Maintaining service records and documentation
-> Shop organization and technical workspace upkeep
-> Supporting classes, retreats, and special events when needed

Ideal qualities:
• Mechanically inclined
• Calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Professional communication skills
• Willingness to continue learning
• Positive customer service mindset

Experience with sewing machines or quilting equipment is helpful, but we are also willing to train the right person with strong technical aptitude and professionalism.

Position Details:
• Part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability
• Some Saturdays required
• Travel may occasionally be involved for machine delivery, setup, or service calls
• Ongoing training opportunities provided
