We have a building. I get the keys June 1st. If you're still interested in being part of the store please let me know asap so I can get you your registration. Price will be $300 a month for 6/12 month term or $350 month to month. The building address is 1549 N Wixom Road, Wixom, MI

We’re getting closer to opening our vendor storefront and are still looking for unique products—no duplicate vendors!

We’ll be open 7 days a week, offering a simple, hassle-free setup:
• No commissions
• No daily setup or teardown
• No need to be present—we provide staffing

Your monthly rental includes:
• A 10x10 booth space
• Utilities
• On-site employee support

Pricing:
• Month-to-month: $375
• Annual rate: $325/month

Why pay around $75 for a one-day show—plus the time and effort of setup and teardown—when you can have a permanent space for as little as $12.50 per day?

Focus on what you love—creating—while we handle the rest. Just keep your booth stocked!
