The amazing little Willow Tit is mainly found in England, Wales and some south parts of Scotland. They don't migrate so they are seen in the UK year round. Because their population is decreasing due to habitat loss, its rare to spot one of these little birds in your garden. They eat mostly insects, but will also eat berries and seed. This little guy was fun to draw. 🙂

Here's an interesting little Belted Kingfisher. They are a North American bird. The Belted Kingfisher is one of the few bird species in which the female is more brightly colored than the male. And how about that ladies! ☺️

More donkeys...Moe, Larry and Curley!!! Donkeys are such amusing characters and they've caught my eye lately. This was definitely a fun one. Donkey's are very intelligent and have great memory and learning abilities. It's been found that they can even problem-solve. They remember good or bad experiences and recognize people's faces.

I've had a fascination for donkeys lately, so I decided to draw one showing his sweet, inquisitive and playful personality. They are highly intelligent creatures, sociable and calm, capable of independent thinking and decision making. They are also stronger than a horse of the same size. I may have to do a series of these fun animals.

I did this little white ragamuffin last year, but took it out again to
re-work it today. Needed to be softened up a little. Not sure I'd choose to do another drawing on this color paper though...I'm feeling like it doesn't do the pupper any justice. First offs...lesson learned.

Just finished a little muppet Goldendoodle pupper. Although his red color is vibrant now, his coat filled with curls will more than likely lighten up as he matures, with his ears and tail appearing darker. They tend to be smart, social, and easily trained, many Goldendoodles become working dogs including therapy dogs or service dogs.

Most cat colors can have solid colored coats, but you'll never see a solid-colored red cat. They will always have the tabby markings. They can be referred to as red, ginger, orange and marmalade in color. Interesting fact..most red tabby cats will be male, with only one-fifth red tabbies being female.

The European robin and the American robin are two completely different birds. The American robin was named this because of its reddish-orange breast, though the two species are not closely related, with the European robin belonging to the Old World flycatcher family. Reminds me of a little sparrow that is red. Fun little project.

A beautiful Whippet looking very peaceful. You wouldn't know it, but there are a few colors that you wouldn't expect to be used here, such as pinks and pale blues.

Whippets are Affectionate, Lively, Friendly, Intelligent, Gentle, Quiet and can reach speeds of 35 mph.

A Maine C**n Polydactyl cat named Miriam, who lives in Yorkshire, England. Her paws look like baseball mitts allowing her to keep the 4 very large dogs in her family in line. 🤣 Polydactyly is caused by a genetic mutation in a dominant gene and usually results in the formation of anywhere between four to seven toes on a kitty’s paws.
