Pointed toes, turn out, perfect posture, slow and controlled… it is SO much harder than it looks. We love watching our little dancers master it step by step! 💕

At this age, ballet isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing things correctly and safely.
Keeping our classes small allows us to give each dancer individual attention, gently correct alignment, and help them truly understand how their bodies move. Strong foundations start with being seen. 🩰✨

We've dived into the Progressive Ballet Technique program this week, focusing on posture, core, and key muscles used in both dance and daily life. It's been fantastic for helping dancers develop proper muscle connections and sensations during exercises. The kids absolutely love it, even if it’s a bit wild at times lol ☄️
