We have been keeping an eye on the weather all day and are aware of the storms moving in. We will have the rodeo rain or shine. If the lightning gets too close we will temporarily stop until it is safe again!

Also, we will be running ALL of the barrels racers before we start the bull riding. This means if you were listed in slack in the draw you will now be at the end of the performance draw!

REMEMBER THE NORTH GATE IS ONLY FOR TRUCKS AND TRAILERS AND RODEO HELP IF YOU DONT HAVE A TRAILER PARK IN THE SOUTH GATE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE IF YOU OARK IN THE NORTH LOT THANKS AND WE WILL SEE YALL TONIGHT. ALSO ROUGH STOCK ONE PARENT BEHIND THE CHUTES TO HELP YOUR CHILD AFTER YOU RIDE PLEASE KEEP THAT AREA OPEN SO WE CAN WORK THE BULLS AND GET OTHER RIDERS ON. IF YOU WANNA WATCH DO SO ELSEWHERE

Order of events will be national anthem , peewee barrels, 10 perf barrels , bulls. Then slack barrels.

**BARREL RACERS**
**PRE ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN**

- !!!!Must attend 3 of 5 rodeos to be eligible for awards!!!!

- If you call into a rodeo and do not notify us 12 hours in advance that you are not coming you will be required to pay all entry fees from the missed rodeo before you are eligible to compete again
- Exhibition 330pm - 5 pm
- Slack will be after Rodeo
- Performance start time- 6PM
-Exhibition- $5 each or $20 unlimited
$35 open
$25 youth
$10 peewee
$5 non member fee (per rider)
- Peewee this year will have a walk/ trot class and a Loping class (enter accordingly)
- Slack dress code: Rodeo attire will NOT be required. No spaghetti strap tank tops, jeans with no holes or rips
- Performance dress code: Full Rodeo attire must be worn: LONG sleeve shirt, jeans with no rips or holes, boots, cowboy hat or helmet. ROLLING THE SLEEVES OF YOUR SHIRT WILL BE CONSIDERED OUT OF DRESS CODE AND RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION!
- Performance contestants: Riders will only be allowed to run ONE TIME (one horse) in the performance. If you are running multiple horses you must run your other horses in slack. Youth riders may roll their time over or if running twice must make their other run in slack
- Remember choosing performance on the pre entry form is strictly for preference only and does NOT guarantee that you will be in the performance
- It is the contestant's responsibility to know their draw number and if they are in the performance or slack. There will not be any re runs given if you miss your run! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
- If you are in the performance and deliberately remove your hat during your run you will be disqualified at the discretion of the judges and LITM staff!

Bullrider entries. Closes Wednesday at 5 pm. No late entries accepted. No walk ups this year. Must have your own gear or already have it set up with another contestant to borrow gear. Only 1 parent/guardian behind bucking chutes. Thanks

Membership forms and rules if anyone wants to print and bring to rodeo.

There is a change in order of events, we are going to do Barrel Slack after rodeo so we are not in the 1000-degree heat. Rodeo will be 10 peewee barrel racers, 10 perf, then bulls and rest of barrels after.
