I wanted to make a few announcements:
1) I will be participating in the teacher parade on Friday and really hope you'll wave to me from your yards! Make sure you maintain a distance from others, wear a mask, and definitely don't come near my car!
2) After the parade, I will be opening the band room at Egling up for people to get reeds, music, book instruments, etc. I will be in the EMS Band Room from 1-2:30. DO NOT enter the room, I will bring things to you upon request.
If there are multiple people outside, maintain a large distance between yourself and others. Wear a mask if you can.
3) The idea that I won't get to make music with you guys in person for the rest of the year is heart breaking. I cried when the governor officially canceled in person instruction for the rest of the year, even if I knew it was inevitable. When I post on the Instagram that I miss you, I don't exaggerate.
Don't let this all be in vain. Please stay home and stay safe. I hate hearing about kids meeting up to work on assignments together or going to the park to play football. This is dangerous and deadly and needs to be taken seriously. Stay home and keep yourself and your family safe!
