Please be informed that although this building is for sale,

I am still open for business. The rates depend on the location in the building and type of rooms desired. Rates range from $85.00 to $150.00 (family suite) All queen beds are on the second floor; rooms with two queen beds are divided by a 3/4 wall for privacy. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easily accessible.

King beds are available on the first floor, as well as a family suite.

All rooms have private baths with showers and WIFI is included in the rate.

I am unable to process credit cards, but either cash or a personal check are acceptable forms of payment

The building is locked 24/7, and only registered guests have the code to the font door.

I live on the third floor, and I am available to guests 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
