Through personal experience, .0 shares how saying yes before feeling ready helped her grow within a studio and shape her role. "I’m excited to give this talk because I know how common it is to feel behind or not fully qualified, especially in such a transitional moment for the industry. It’s something I’ve experienced myself and still navigate in different ways today. If I can help even a few people feel more confident moving forward, without needing everything figured out first, that’s a win for me."
