When it became a medical necessity to withdraw the April 23rd NPF Battle of Ohio/PRO Mr & Ms Ohio from the spring schedule, ANBF president and Unity founding member, Kent Bierly has stepped up and gone out of his way to provide a seamless alternative (on the same date) lined with perks to the athletes who had registered or were preparing to register.
Check out the following details:
I would like to offer the competitors, already entered or not, the opportunity to continue to train and get ready for a show on 4/23 in Blacksburg, VA., the ANBF Virginia Pro/Am. The NPF and the ANBF are both members of the group, the Unity for the Betterment of the Sport, in which we strive to take care of the competitor and host well run, fairly judged, and entertaining shows. I understand the time and effort that goes into preparing and competing in a show. I'd like to make this offer to all the athletes who were going to do the NPF Battle of Ohio and the Pro Mr. and Ms. Ohio.
I will waive all membership fees. Pro - $170 and amateur - $110.
I will waive any crossover fees for amateurs.
I will open the show up to all pro divisions.
I will also include one free ticket for the show.
