Save the Date! September Artist Jackie Mantey will present Bubblegum Girls on 9/11/26 at our studio at 6pm!

💕💕In Bubblegum Girls, Jackie Mantey presents colorful paintings from seemingly unrelated worlds: Depression-era images, dying shopping malls, vintage paper dolls, and layered abstract narratives. Together, these works explore how women and the spaces they inhabit become symbols of memory, performance, loss, and resilience. Rather than preserving the past, the paintings rearrange it, allowing familiar visual
memories to become something entirely new.

Jackie Mantey is a Cleveland-based artist whose paintings explore memory, feminine shapeshifting, and the stories embedded in everyday places and cultural artifacts. Working primarily in acrylic, her colorful painting practice combines personal photography, documentary imagery, abstraction, and found iconography. Franklinton Fridays Franklinton Arts District

😢😢Hey guys, we just got back from Chicago and found that a tree or two has fallen on the studio, and with such luck the only place they decided to destroy the roof was directly over the control room, right over the vintage console. ‼️‼️😢😢
Please be patient if we take a few days to get back to you or if you are planning on coming in contact us first. This is very sad. So lucky to have Travis Hoewischer around and this amazing community. Send good vibes. xx

Forsythia formed in the spring of 2025. The band consists of Lucina Jankowski on Guitar and vocals, Mona Watson on Drums, and Calla Wilkinson on Bass and back up vocals. They describe their sound as melodic emo, and draw inspiration from sasscore, folk music, classic rock, and other alternative genres. In April, they put out their debut album “Forsythia”, consisting of ten original songs, partially produced by Luci or “risastudios”
