Greetings Columbus Black Theatre Festival Friends,

Mine 4 God Productions (M4GP) kicks off our tenth year of bringing the Columbus Black Theatre Festival (CBTF) to Central Ohio with an Anniversary Recognition & Celebration event held this July 9th at the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Main Auditorium, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. We invite you to celebrate with us, our supporters, the playwrights, actors, directors, past and present, and everyone that has been a part of the festival throughout the years. There will be food, drinks and smooth jazz music from the Elliott/Baccus Duo. Certificates will be given to our sponsors and financial supporters, the Greater Columbus Arts Council, Wild Goose Creative, and Lady Butterflies. We also will recognize past board and team members and several others who have supported us throughout the years. Afterwards, we hope you will join us and enjoy the six wonderful short plays that fit our theme this year “Speaking Truth That Heals” immediately following the celebration at the Columbus Performing Arts Center, which is located minutes from the library (549 Franklin Ave. Join us at the Abbey Theater of Dublin the next day.
