Hilltop Arts Collective is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization committed to empowering the Hilltop community through arts and culture. Our major programs include Summer Jam West, an annual arts & music festival, ARtsway, a mural tech mentorship program for high school students, workshops and events for creatives, and our public art initiative, which seeks to bring permanent public art to the H
illtop. It's a grassroots, free, family-friendly event celebrating the Hilltop community, though it's open and welcoming to all.
