Fun fact. When I was a kid, I used to make makeshift Pokéballs out of old Wiffle balls. 😅

I think it’s so important to hold onto that innovation, creativity & excitement for the unknown as we get older.

It keeps life magical. Interesting. Full of possibility.

And honestly, I think that’s one of the things that helps me continue feeling young.

Feed your childlike wonder. Your dinosaurs, as we like to call them.

Don’t let your dinosaurs die. 🦖

Because when you stop nurturing that part of yourself, you slowly start losing your curiosity. Your willingness to explore, to create, to experience something unfamiliar.

The world starts becoming a little less magical when you stop looking for the magic in it.

And in my opinion, that’s one of the ways we start giving away our longevity long before we reach old age.

Because longevity isn’t just about how many years you get to live.

It’s about how much life you put into those years.

Continuing to gain experience, refine your craft, chase your curiosities & build a life you’re genuinely excited to wake up to.

I always find that doing the hard thing, making the harder choice in the moment, is what eventually leads you to the greater reward.

Continuing to make the comfortable, familiar, “safe” choices might feel easier today.

We spent the weekend creating magic Anime Ink & taking in all of the amazing art & good vibes. 🖤✨🗡️

It was arguably one of the best conventions we’ve ever been to! There’s something so inspiring about being surrounded by that many artists & people who love this strange little world as much as we do.
•
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hi, everyone who got tattooed & all of the artists we got to spend the weekend creating alongside. We’re excited to go back next year. 🖤

This year has definitely become an unexpected chapter for us.

Usually we do ONE convention a year.

Somehow we’ve done seven so far this year… with one more in a couple weeks. 😂

It feels really fcking good getting outside the walls of our own studio, meeting new people, seeing new art & collecting little pieces of inspiration along the way.
