Uptown Drum Circle

Uptown Drum Circle Come play drums with us! April 30th Sunday, 2pm-5pm for a POTUCK & GRILL at Lakebottom Bandshell! Uptown Drum Circle is a "Community Drum Circle".

The Community Drum Circle is the use of a rhythm-based event as a tool for unity. It is NOT a drum class. It's NOT using culturally-specific rhythms. A community drum circle in the United States is a fun, family friendly event, where people empower each other in the act of celebrating community and life through rhythm and music. People of all levels of musical expertise come together and share the

ir rhythmical spirit with what ever drums and percussion they bring to the event. They don't have to be a drummer to participate. Everyone has something to offer the circle, and any one is welcome. * 12:30 -- LOAD-IN & SET-UP -- Wanna help loading in?
* 2pm -- Yoga
* 3pm -- Drum Uptown Drum Circle
* 5pm -- LOAD-OUT -- Leave No Trace

Are you ready? See all y'all Members & Families this Sunday 2pm at Lakebottom Bandshell! Bring A Dish, Chairs, Blankets n such. We'll have hotdogs and buns for as long as they last.
