Westgate Room Block

The Westgate room block is sold out. Due to unprecedented demand for sub-blocks, the hotel reached capacity before the block could be opened for individual outside reservations. Consequently, I will likely implement an opt-in/opt-out process similar to WPC. I will release further details this winter regarding the plan to manage this high level of interest.

The Strat

APA has established a partnership with The Strat for both League Operator sub-blocks and individual reservations. We were able to work out a transportation solution, so there will be a shuttle running between The Strat and Westgate on our event dates, and we will post a schedule once it is complete.

Setting Up a Sub-Block at The Strat

If you are interested in a sub-block at The Strat, please follow these steps as soon as possible:

STEP 1:

PPC Suggested Room Block Pattern Spreadsheet

Download the PPC Suggested Room Block Pattern Spreadsheet: Please check your downloads folder and click "Enable Editing." You are able to customize the spreadsheet dates and teams/rooms to meet your area's needs. Please save a copy of your completed spreadsheet for your future reference.

STEP 2:

Email your completed spreadsheet to me. ​Once received, I will send your block to The Strat for setup and put you in contact with our Strat hotel representative. I will email you individually regarding the next steps once your sub-block request is processed.

Booking Individual Reservations at The Strat

The link to book individual reservations at The Strat is live. Please feel free to share this link with any Showdown Series/MiniMania players who wish to book a room(s) for themselves or their teams. The Strat PPC Rooming Link.

The rates for The Strat are as follows:

4/25: $79/night

4/26 - 4/30: $19/night (yes, that is $19)

5/1-5/2: $79/night

Please note that there is a $49.95 resort fee per night. There is no extra charge for triple or quad occupancy.
