Festival day is the result of 12 months of fundraising, 6 months of planning and applications, 10 committee members who put countless hours into planning and set-up, 50 day-of volunteers, 100 vendors, and numerous community partners who donate food and discount services to help make this day happen.
This year, largely because of our generous sponsors, Columbus Pride Festival raised a record-breaking $42,000! We are committed to putting at least 15% of our festival income back into local LGBTQIA+ community-building events, spaces, and programs - this year, that totals $6,300🎉 One current initiative is Y'all's micro-grant program, which Columbus, IN Pride funds for Bartholomew County: https://www.yallforall.org/funding
