Amber is part of our Faculty/Staff team who prioritizes her health and well-being by spending some of her lunch time with us taking Yoga. Amber has said that taking yoga on a regular basis allows her to find balance and feel well in her physical body. Maria is one of our amazing community members who has a love for our facility and our group fitness classes! She’s an avid participant in Boot Camp, Yoga, HIIT, and Cougar Core! She hit the 25 class club on March 3rd and is well on her way to the 50 class club! Thank you for setting a great example of caring for your body in every stage of life! 💪
