Take your movement into the air in this exciting FLYING POLE WORKSHOP taught by the incredible Danya. Explore climbs, spins, transitions, and dynamic shapes on a suspended pole while building strength, coordination, and aerial awareness.

Open to all levels, though previous pole or aerial experience and a confident pole climb are strongly recommended.

Please wear form-fitting attire such as leggings, unitards, or fitted layers. Flying poles are silicone-coated, so please avoid lotions or oils before class.
