WAYFARER styling inspiration ✨

Think:
earth tones,
sun-faded colors,
soft textures,
movement,
and pieces that feel timeless instead of trendy.

Linen.
Cotton.
Chiffon.
Silk.
Tulle.
Anything that catches the wind beautifully.

I’m leaning toward pieces like:
slip dresses,
sheer layers,
vintage-inspired corsetry,
textured swimwear,
flowing fabrics,
and silhouettes that feel earthy, feminine, and cinematic.

Avoid overly saturated colors, loud prints, or neon tones. The goal is for everything to feel organic, soft, and almost like it belongs to another time.

The movement of the fabric is just as important as the outfit itself.

You’re absolutely right.

You can print photos cheaper somewhere else.

But luxury photography was never about finding the cheapest way to print an image.

You’re not paying for paper.
You’re paying for the experience of being fully seen.

The direction.
The artistry.
The emotion.
The confidence that happens somewhere between nervous laughter and realizing…

‘Oh. That’s actually me.’

A print lab can produce ink on paper.

But they can’t create transformation.
They can’t guide you through vulnerability.
They can’t create art from your story.
They can’t give you an experience that changes the way you see yourself.

The photographs are simply proof that it happened.

That’s why this experience means so much to the women who walk through my doors.

Last year, there were nights I was genuinely scared I might lose my studio.

I was overworking, emotionally exhausted, and trying to hold onto a version of my business that no longer fit where I was headed.

One thing I don’t think people talk about enough:
Your environment isn’t just physical.
It’s auditory too.

What you listen to every day slowly becomes the narrative you operate from.

These 3 podcasts/audio experiences helped me rebuild my mindset while I was rebuilding my business:

One reminded me to keep moving.

One expanded what I believed was possible.
