The Fuse Factory is an art and technology initiative that facilitates practical and critical engagement with performance, sound and visual arts, high and low technologies, and new media. We function as an incubator for innovation, interaction, collaboration, analysis, multiformity, and artistic exploration.

On the evening of Friday, June 5th, we are thrilled and delighted to feature experimental electronic musician Alex Ruiz’ solo project Carnal Ex (MX), experimental electronic musician Bubba Fontaine (IND), improvisational musician Devin Sherman (PGH), and improvisational musician Gerard Cox (CMH). Doors 7:30pm, show begins at 8:00pm sharp. $10.00 prepaid, $15 at the door.

Supporters of our 2025-2026 season include the Greater Columbus Arts Council, the Ohio Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Columbus Foundation.

For the 2025-2026 school year, we were awarded an Arts Partnership grant from the Ohio Arts Council to run an electronic music after school program for students in grades 6-8. Participating winter/spring 2025 musicians included Bunjamun Ahlteen, Aimee Lee, Julie Licata, Jesse Cale, Matt Swift, and Adam Crawley. Club teacher of record is DMS orchestra teacher Allison Wodkowski.

Kicking off a month of Fuse Fest 2026 on the evening of Friday, May 1st, we are thrilled and delighted to feature hybrid media artist Paul Catanese (NYC), new media artist/didgeridoo player John Hardin (CA), a audio-reactive multimedia performance bynew media artist CG Ryan (CMH) in collaboration with multidis, and improvisational quintet SHPRD (CMH). Doors 7:30pm, show begins at 8:00pm sharp. $10.00 prepaid, $15 at the door.
