Help support our beautiful monarch butterfly! $25 of every monarch brooch purchase will be donated directly to Little River Wetlands Project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This wonderful organization has done tremendous work in wetland restoration and preservation, and our family is honored to be a part of their team of volunteers.

This Bubble & Beam original design features a beautiful glittery fabric-embedded acrylic butterfly with hand-painted details atop a milkweed flower with pearlescent and etched mirror accents.

As milkweed plants are essential for monarch eggs, I wanted to include them in this piece in the hopes that the conservation conversation will continue to be shared with each wear.

Story time! Last year we took a tour bus from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. In the groggy rush to leave in the wee hours of the morning, I forgot to bring any form of entertainment. Knowing that my family would probably be sleeping during the quiet parts of the 4 1/2 hour drive, I was expecting to be pretty bored at certain times.

I couldn't have been more wrong. Zero percent of that drive was dull. Every inch of desert landscape was fascinating. My favorite part? Looking out at the Mojave and finding little sprinklings of baby Joshua trees. A couple of times I was delighted to see a larger one. I knew when I returned home that I wanted to create my own little souvenir of that magical drive.

This past weekend we were finally able to go and see them up close at Joshua Tree National Park, and they were even more spectacular fully grown in their densely populated environment.

So now I'm releasing this pendant necklace out into the world for more to enjoy. Made with multi-layered pearlescent acrylic and real stone veneer. Available now in the shop!

We decided to bring some coastal flair to San Diego Bunnyfest today! Note my muses being cute in the background. And we didn't forget about bunnies, of course - Nick is also wearing a few items from a new line of products we'll be launching today. Come visit us at Liberty Station today from 10-3!

As a couple of bird nerds, we're pretty excited for this latest shop addition. The first of hopefully many mega necklaces. The type that refuses to pass notice. The type that unapologetically takes over your whole outfit. And we're so here for it.

This beauty features a sweet little northern cardinal perched on top of a vintage style pair of binoculars, complete with mirrored accents, a pebbled vegan leather strap, and iridescent frosted lenses that shift colors in different light.

Now that we've broken the ice on necklace maximalism, what else would you love for us to create?

We have always used my own original art in our products, and will continue to do so. The influx of generative AI has honestly been discouraging me. It has now been infiltrating Etsy and causing work from human artists to get lost in it. I decided to take that feeling of defeat and instead use it to fuel me to do my part to put more human made art into the world.

We've been taking a much needed break from the public facing side of our business. Focusing on reorganizing, realigning with our vision, and letting creativity flow without pressure. In doing so, I have found so much inspiration, and am happy to say that our shop is about to get quite the glow up.

We're off to Northeast Bunfest this week, but when we return, our focus will be getting products (including this pin!) off into the world. Thanks for sticking around, friends.
