Renovation on our century old warehouse at 400 W Rich began in October, 2010. 400 West Rich opened its doors to artists in search of studio space in July, 2011. Since that day, we have grown to become home to over 100 local artists and craftsmen from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. We are also fortunate enough to be home to several inspiring gallery spaces in Columbus. Also brought to life by the creative minds of 400 West Rich is Strongwater Food & Spirits and Event Space and Chromedge Studios and Photo Lab! In an effort to bring our creative ventures under one umbrella, parent company 400 Square, a community driven arts and entertainment brand, was created in 2019. Our studios and galleries are open to the public once a month for Franklinton Fridays and we do offer private tours, art classes, and workshops.

Urban Scrawl, but ~at night~

One full night is all the weather gave us, so we’re cashing in our rain check! This Sunday from 3 - 6 pm is how we make up for last weekend’s lost time that left us short of our goal in funds that go right into paying our local artists..

So we’ll have the merch back out: tees, hoodies, beanies, and the limited edition 20th anniversary poster!! We’re asking you to show up one more time to support us in our mission of empowering the creative community. Every tee, hoodie, and poster gets us a bit closer

Join us for Franklinton Fridays and experience David Denniston’s The Following 30 Days , a powerful series created from the front pages of the Columbus Dispatch delivered to his door during the 30 days following 9/11.

Created in 2002 and exhibited again for the 25th anniversary of 9/11, the series captures the shock, uncertainty, and collective memory of that moment in history. David Denniston
