Everyone loves a giveaway! Come to our Yoga for Mobility classes (located at Hamilton Community Center & Ice Arena) in September and you could win a free t-shirt or a ticket to see the Indiana Sentinels! 🧘‍♀️👕🏒

Yoga with Michelle just got an upgrade! 🧘‍♀️

Now hosting Yoga For Mobility every Tuesday at 6pm. AND we love our classes so much that we're running a promotion all September long. Whoever comes to the most classes in September gets a free t-shirt and gets entered into a drawing for a free Indiana Sentinels ticket!! You're in an ice rink so you might as well catch a hockey game!

Run don't walk because this promotion starts TONIGHT! 🏃‍♀️

-The drop-in class fee is $12, and five-class or ten-class passes are available for purchase as well.
-These classes are for all levels! Whether you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years, you are welcome.
- Students age 13 and older may attend on their own. Those younger may attend with a parent or adult guardian.
- Please bring your own mat if you have one, but we will have some available to borrow if you don't.
