Yesterday the students and I went to perform at Southern Star Music Festival and then spent the day at Six Flags!! We got a bronze trophy for our performance and I’m so proud!

It was a beautiful day and a wonderful trip ❤️
Thank you to our chaperones, bus drivers, parents, Mr. Ogburn, and SSMF!

Last Thursday we had our “Rhythm and Roots” concert and it went incredibly well if I do say so myself 😌
Huge thank you to Hilton Terrace Baptist Church for hosting us, Matt Andrade for percussion (and the risers), and Mrs. Karen Lewis, our lovely, wonderful pianist!!!!
One more concert in May at Northside High 🫡

Red blocks are parking areas, the blue line is how to get to the sanctuary, and the star is where we will be performing.

Come early so you can make sure you can find a place to park!

So proud of these students for participating in Honor Choir! It was a pleasure watching Dr. Peoples teach the students and I am elated with how these students represented the VMMS Choir program. Rangers Lead The Way!

FIRST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR!

We are doing Butter Braids!
Our goal is to raise $2,550.
We are raising money to pay for music, accompanists, venues (hence our first concert at Evangel), and start working towards raising money for our End-of-Year field trip to Atlanta to compete in the Southern Star Music Festival and then head over to Six Flags!

These will be delivered to the school on November 19th and would be perfect to heat up for Thanksgiving!
