Join Youth production Director Savanna for an action-packed afternoon of Broadway-style dancing! In this 3 hour intensive, students will learn a full Musical Theater dance, improve technique, build confidence, and develop the performance skills that make every number come alive. From warm-ups and across-the-floor exercises to storytelling through movement, this workshop is all about dancing with energy, expression, and joy.
Whether you're new to musical theater or already love the spotlight, you'll leave inspired, challenged, and ready to take the stage!
Ages 6-16

Her past is a mystery. Her future is an adventure. Anastasia: The Musical is the spectacular new musical about discovering who you are and defining who you’re meant to be. This 60-minute adaptation of the Broadway hit is specially tailored for young actors. From Tony winners Terrence McNally, Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens, creators of such Broadway classics as Ragtime and Once On This Island, this dazzling show transports its audience from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing con man and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family. Auditions OPEN NOW for students ages 11+!

Auditions: October 24th, 2:00-5:30pm (2 groups)
Callbacks: October 25th, 4:00-5:30pm

Rehearsals: Sundays 1:00-5:00pm; Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays 6:00-9:00pm

⭐️Introducing the NEW Rising Star Program and AUDITIONS for Matilda Jr.⭐️

Designed for students ages 4-11, this program gives our younger performers a chance to be in the spotlight. With a low-commitment schedule of just two rehearsals per week and one weekend of shows, the Rising Star Program offers a balanced approach that makes it easy for busy families, while still giving students the opportunity to put together a whole musical production.

We're ecstatic to announce that our first Rising Star production will be the beloved classic, Matilda Jr.! Performers will spend 8 weeks with Youth production Director Savanna bringing this beloved story to life.

Star Performance Academy proudly presents... The Lightning Thief!!

As the half-blood son of a Greek god, Percy Jackson has newly-discovered powers he can’t control, a destiny he doesn’t want, and a mythology textbook’s worth of monsters on his trail. When Zeus”s master lightning bolt is stolen and Percy becomes the prime suspect, he has to find and return the bolt to prove his innocence and prevent a war between the gods. But to succeed on his quest, Percy will have to do more than catch the thief. He must travel to the Underworld and back; solve the riddle of the Oracle, which warns him of betrayal by a friend; and come to terms with the father who abandoned him. Adapted from the best-selling book The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan and featuring a thrilling original rock score, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical is an action-packed mythical adventure “worthy of the gods” (Time Out New York).
