Working on this album with Kali Dreamer was challenging. The goal of a producer should always be is to leave no trace of yourself. With this I had to stand in the daylight and let the shadows overcome me. It was hard not to get overly involved and step on Kali's toes because I got so emotionally intertwined with this album. The range of emotions I felt was extraordinary during the recording of this album. From pure bliss to utter devastation. I had to put my soul in a box and lock it up tight in order not to interfere with the sheer brilliance.

Welcome to Penfield Studio. Owned and Operated by Derek Christopher of Wandering Stars, Penfield is a music production studio in Columbus, Ohio.

Penfield is also a Non-Profit Organization focused on providing free studio time and production services to Black Musicians in Columbus, OH as well as Black Musicians in the worldwide Goth/Industrial adjacent cultures.

While this is our focus, we work with many artists in the Industrial/Goth adjacent culture worldwide, specializing in remixes, mixing and mastering.

As this is a smaller Non-Profit organization, we can't meet the needs of everyone, but we will always prioritize Black Musicians.
